Founder and Managing Partner

Tracy (seen here with his daughter Zoey Beth) opened our firm for you. If you are reading this, you are the reason we do what we do ... to serve you and your family. Whether we are planning your legacy for generations to come, helping your company with governance or financing issues, fighting for you in a probate matter, or advocating for you in divorce, you are our "why we do this."

Tara Welch

Have you ever met someone who makes you feel like you are the only person in the world? Who takes care of problems well before they become problems? That's Tara. The heartbeat of our firm, Tara is also a certified bad ass, having been a Military Police Officer with the Army. So when Tara talks, Tracy listens.

GG (formerly known as Greta Garbo)

GG is ridiculously cool. She weighs less than 10 pounds but isn't scared of anyone or anything and navigates her life like a little bullet train.

Noel

You can guess from her name the time of year Noel became the Marions'. For a dog that used to be homeless, she is the second pickiest eater ever. (Looking at you, GG....)

We told Zoey Beth she could have her friends over and paint in The Loft. Over the years, they have painted almost every square foot of both levels of The Loft, giving us a lifetime of memories.
